Residential - Retail - Hospitality

Communicating with LIGHT in contexts so strongly characterized by the human presence and its specific needs is the primary objective of this type of realization. It is a communication that requires extreme attention to detail and deep listening to reality in order to feel an integral and totalizing part. The bright environments are designed to respect the surrounding internal and external environment and create a serene and safe place to live.

DESIGNING ADAPTIVE LIGHT

Adaptive light is now a consolidated reality in tertiary and residential architecture: we find it accompanied by environmental sensors of brightness and presence that guarantee energy saving and flexibility in the use of spaces.

It is therefore necessary to identify the right products and the correct management systems that - by entering into a broader framework linked to buildings and users - allow to meet the requirements of the LEED and WELL certifications, according to a holistic approach that connects all the elements of planning: air, water, light, noise, emissions, ecology of materials and location of buildings in relation to the territory.

HUMAN CENTRIC LIGHTING

Lighting for well-being and mood, at the service of people and the environment, is the leitmotif of a new approach to the world of research and light application solutions.

The prerequisite for these researches and such achievements is the study of the effects of the various parameters of light (intensity, spectrum, frequency of ignition, etc.) in synergy with the other environmental elements (temperature, humidity, noise levels, aromas and odors, presence of natural lighting, etc.) on the psychophysical state of people.

The aims of these researches are the development of intelligent systems capable of observing the behavior and physiological reactions of individuals using various sensors, recognizing the presence of stress or malaise, and deciding which elements to act retroactively until the conditions are reached for optimal wellbeing.
